Have been linked, in a nearly fl awless work tools with the tools of control, modulating the individual rights of workers, which in turn is a challenge for labor law and Spanish law.Los procesos de descentralización han creado nuevas estructuras de carácter empresarial y nuevas formas de organización de la actividad laboral, lo que a su vez ha incidido en el poder de dirección del empresario y en su forma de ejercerlo. Las Nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación han hecho que el poder de dirección y de control del empresario se haya visto alterado ya que la forma de ejercerlo varía debido al uso de las nuevas tecnologías.
