raising profits and ensure profitability. To that end, many forget that the combination of
interest and profit can lead to conflicts, which inevitably have repercussions in the
corporation. In this area, the agreement of partners is revealed in an effective way to
avoid disputes and ensure the integrity of the interests initially planned by its members.
