This work seeks to show as the exercise of the Bioethics, born under the supposition of the respect to the right to the life and especially a healthy life, cannot ignore, at the moment of his development, the political practice of defense and promotion of the human rights.La bioética nace como preocupación sobre la conducta ética de los hombres, tomando al médico como ejemplo privilegiado a fin de exigirle sobre todo el respeto al bios, a la vida humana plena. También los derechos humanos se convierten en declaración universal ante una de las mayores violaciones históricas realizada sistemáticamene por parte de un estado, al derecho a la dignidad humana. Este trabajo busca mostrar como el ejercicio de la bioética, nacido bajo el supuesto del respeto al derecho a la vida y sobre todo una vida saludable, no puede ignorar, a la hora de su desarrollo, la práctica política de defensa y promoción de los derechos humanos.A Bioética nasce como uma preocupação sobre a conduta ética dos homens, tomando ao médico como um exemplo privilegiado. Com o fim de exigir lhe ante tudo, respeito ao bios, à vida humana plena. Também os direitos humanos são convertidos numa declaração universal, diante de uma das maiores violações históricas realizada sistematicamente pelo estado ao direito à dignidade humana.
