Sumario: The bioethics is born as worry on the ethical conduct, taking the doctor as an example favoured in order to demand especially the respect from the bios, to the full human life. Also the human rights turn into universal declaration before one of the major historical violations realized systematically on the part of a State, to the right to the human dignity. This work seeks to show as the exercise of the Bioethics, born under the supposition of the respect to the right to the life and especially a healthy life, cannot ignore, at the moment of his development, the political practice of defense and promotion of the human rights.
