of such mechanisms has been the establishment
of Summits between the Chiefs
of State and Presidents in both regions in
order to pursue a larger agenda. However,
after four such summits it is necessary to
reshape its content and scope in order
that the commitments that have been established
don�t fall victim to the rhetoric,
lack of interest and lack of financing on
the part of both the European Union and the Latin American countries. |
