However, it urges the adaptation to changing times in which institutions such as the trust would represent a fair way of protecting the heritage of people with disabilities or children.La posibilidad de constituir un fideicomiso por testamento se abre hoy como una alternativa más en la planificación hereditaria de las personas, y así se reconoce en el Derecho de nuestro continente (bien, a través de normas de alcance general como los códigos civiles y de comercio, o por normas ad hoc).
