The first innovation has been to change from the invisibility to the attention to diversity in order to fulfill with the equality.El avance de las ciencias de la salud en los últimos diez años ha sido notable en diversas especialidades médicas y en especial en la cardiología en la que se han mejorado los métodos de diagnóstico y de tratamiento, además del reconocimiento de la alta prevalencia de patología cardiovascular en el sexo femenino, y de que es la primera causa de la mortalidad femenina a todas las edades en los países industrializados.
