And the bottom line is that as a result of his recent medical examination, the legal treatment of fibromyalgia is not entirely satisfactory in spanish legal system, which, by affecting mainly women, is a situation of inequalityLa fibromialgia es una enfermedad de reciente reconocimiento médico que afecta mayoritariamente a mujeres, y cuyo diagnóstico no se encuentra todavía suficientemente objetivado. El estudio analiza los diversos aspectos del tratamiento jurídico de la fibromialgia desde la perspectiva de género: en relación con la incapacidad permanente, en relación con la valoración de discapacidad, en relación con el contrato de trabajo y en relación con las políticas de salud.
