Summary: With Machiavelli the vision of the politics had a radical change. When politics looks like a tecné and not as an ergón that was the sense that was gave by Aristotle, led it to an administrative structure, and its guarantee to the administrative form and not like it must be to who executes it. This article defined the virtuous character of the leader, tries to demonstrate the importance of seeing the politics as a part of the practical life of the man (as an ergón) and not as a theoretical construction (as a tecné) that does not influence directly the life of this one. Under this Aristotle understood the qualities of the leader or virtues, like he names them, turn into the guarantee of any government, throwing a consequence of direct essentiality like is that a virtuous leader makes a political virtuous community possible and to opposite sensu, the vicious one, it disables her.
