Among other things, the obligation, according to the preliminary drafts foral law and other norms, to transmit reports that support the impact on grounds of gender, institutional agreements in terms of domestic violence and couple relationships, the implementation of the procedure to accompany the implantation of equality plans in small and medium-sized companies, or the impulse of positive actions measures for men on the field of work-life balance. It has been proposed to extend the reports that assess the impact based on gender to the propositions of law, to regulate by means of law the prostitution as a projection of the gender-based violence, to introduce «zipper» lists in the regional elections, and to promote the positive action in favor of conciliation measures shared by men and women, for those supposed cases when both parents are employed.Este trabajo verifica los avances en políticas de igualdad de género en Navarra, a la luz de la normativa aplicable. Entre otras, la obligación de adjuntar informes que fundamenten el impacto por razón de sexo en los anteproyectos de ley foral y otras normas, los acuerdos institucionales en materia de violencia doméstica y de relaciones de pareja, la implementación del procedimiento para acompañar la implantación de planes de igualdad en las pequeñas y medianas empresas, o el impulso de medidas de acción positiva para hombres en materia de conciliación de la vida laboral, familiar y personal.
