Rights of Personality, coming from the civil law, are a common basis to all branches of the
science of law. This is due to the fact that such rights represent guarantees to the citizen, without which
life in society would be seriously impaired or even frustrated, in accordance with the constitutional
provisions in force. From that understanding the labor law, as part of the law, also based on Civil Rights
to regulate labor relations. So the standards of civil rights directly affect the employee-employer
relationship or the relationship between capital and labor. Therefore, it is needful to analyze the Civil
Rights and then check the applications in the employment relationship. The present study also do this
check also suggests new possibilities of application of personal rights in the working relationship aimed at
enabling greater concreteness to these rights which implies the expansion of its effectiveness and
