As starting point, It will be taken some written texts of the Argentine philosopher Carlos Nino that deal with this topic.Algunos autores han planteado que si el Derecho se encontrara conectado con la Moral, entonces no sería relevante, puesto que alcanzaría con la Moral para regular la vida social. En este trabajo se pretende examinar esta objeción a la tesis de la conexión. Dicho con otras palabras, se estudiarán en él las posibles respuestas a la pregunta por la diferencia práctica que el Derecho le aporta a la Moral.
