Summary: The author checks briefly twenty-five judgments issued against the Peruvian State by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, between 1995 and the year 2009, the measures adopted by the mentioned State in the legislative, administrative and jurisprudential areas. In spite of that none of twenty-five judgments have been declared fulfilled in its entirety by the Inter-American Court, which keeps its supervision opened on such fulfillment, the document thinks brings over of the significant impact of the jurisprudence of the Court in the protection and promotion of the human rights in Peru, especially on having had understood to important autonomous organs of the Peruvian State as the Congress of the The Republic, the Executive Power, the Judicial Power, Attorney General�s office and Constitutional Court. Finally, the author formulates some proposals for a better fulfillment of the supranational judgments.
