The constitutional court notes that the delegated provision of public health service to a particular institution takes the place of the State legitimizing to get profit at the expense of the health of service usersLa ley 1122 de 2007, mediante la cual se hacen algunas modificaciones al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud en Colombia, refleja cambios encaminados a la privatización de los servicios de salud.
