Accordingly, this writing or first chapter approaches the following topics: in the first place, the location of the criminal law in the universe; in the second place, the criminal law and the political and legal context; in the third place, the concept, content and delimitation of the basics of criminal law; and, in the last place, the purpose or teleology of the basics of criminal law.Ce document constitue le premier chapitre de ce qui aspire à devenir un Manuel de Droit Pénal (partie générale) pour étudiants. Par conséquent, en plus de contenir des notions introductives à un cours de droit pénal - partie générale, il trace le programme érigé comme horizon de projection du manuel mentionné. Alors, ce document ou premier chapitre aborde les sujets suivants: d�abord, l´emplacement du droit pénal dans l�univers; deuxièmement, le droit pénal et le contexte juridique et politique; en troisième lieu, le concept, le contenu et la délimitation de la partie générale du droit pénal; et en dernier lieu, le but ou la téléologie de la partie générale du droit péEste escrito constituye el primer capítulo de lo que aspira a convertirse en un manual de derecho penal (parte general) para mis estudiantes. Por tanto, además de contener unas nociones introductorias a un curso de derecho penal-parte general, traza el programa que se erige como horizonte de proyección del mencionado manual.
