Its efficacy depends on the strengthening of collective imaginaries on the importance of this mechanism and the rights and duties involved in the protection of the environment.La conciliación como mecanismo alterno de solución de conflictos tiene vital importancia en materia ambiental. Sin embargo, no ha sido fácil implementar un método novedoso como garantía de un ideal de igual naturaleza.
