Sumario: It is unavoidable that during the development of the work relationship the worker finds himself exposed to acts coming from their work partners, superiors and even form the personnel under his direction that will affect his/her emotional state. With the aim to avoid the proliferation of this practice in work relationships, the legislation has made all its efforts to protect the harassed worker. The same way, the Constitutional Court, defending the fundamental rights of workers has developed a juridical line in that respect. The aim of this article is to know the reach of legal dispositions and the juridical pronouncements regarding the protection of harassed workers at the job and the sanctions towards the harasser.
