La validez obligacional de la venta de cosa común sin el consentimiento de todos los comuneros. Comentario a la STS 7/2013, de 15 de enero (RJ 2013, 2276).

The sale of all of the common thing done by one co-owner, without the consent of the other is valid, from a point of view obligational, however the contract may be canceled by the buyer, who was unaware of that fact, provided their essential and excusable mistake.
