Laburpena: The recent job market reform implemented by the present government entails -for the public administration as well- major modifications in the work relationship system, especially relevant for the non-civil servant public administrations employees. By carrying out this project we intend to do a follow-up of the different sentences which, in every level of judicial review, have befallen ever since the implementation of such reform; we will pay special attention to those collective redundancy plans, as well as to the so-called opt-out clauses of the collective agreements.
