Laburpena: In this article appears an advance of the qualitative investigation developed in the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences of the University Rey Juan Carlos of Madrid, Spain during the months of june to november of 2011. Investigation that it tried to identify concrete aspects of the handling of practical cases for the learning of the right, at the moment specific of the investigation the observations were made in the degrees of criminology and right, in the courses of general penal right and penal right I which they have an agreement on the subjects to treat and that have traditionally been mainly theoretical courses, and set the foundation for discussions of criminal dogmatics .
