Los créditos que disfrutan de fianza de terceros en España: su clasificación antes y después de la reforma operada en la Ley Concursal por el Real Decreto Ley 3/2009
This paper critically analyzes the treatment that the current Spanish Insolvency Act (Act 22/2003) provides, in the bankruptcy procedure, to the credit bonded by a third person, both before and after the reform of the previous Act made by Royal Decree Act 3/2009.
