AB  - This paper investigates the constitutionalization of
international law, considered a process of creation,
modification and adaptation of institutions accustomed
to the international environment, in order to produce
integration and harmonization of rules that propose
building a new constitutionalism, which is not state
based and structured around a new standard for
“human rights”, preferably democratic, republican,
fair, post-particularistic and post-individualistic.
