Laburpena: The present work provides some guidelines, based on the own teaching experience, in order to apply successfully the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) methodology. The innovative nature of the PBL process involves turning our minds to a new teaching culture, in which teachers become a facilitator of the learning process and the students act as the main protagonist ofhis/her own learning. Hence, the PBL encourages a significant and cooperative learning in order to promote essential skills and competences in the current employment market. Furthermore, results suggest that the implementation of PBL's techniques is associated with both a higher students' motivation and a higher satisfaction with the teaching received.
