Laburpena: The unification after the fall of the wall, the integration into a single nation, the constant influx of immigrants of various nationalities and economic interests have led to difficult situations for Germany. A multicultural population that for conservatives represent a threat to their well-being also the contrast between the traditional role that corresponds to women and liberals fighting for their equal integration in the labor market are current discussions which are not yet clear. It was necessary to include new laws, interpretive methods and specialized care centers to prevent discrimination. However, this will not be enough if there is a substantial change in German culture, in accepting what is different and of respect for human beings, regardless of their origin, sex, language or appearance.
