To establish an interaction between what is taught and the learning of students and their need for implementation in the field of social sciences and in particular the right. It will be seen as a method definition, case planning by the teacher, determine what it is for those involved in education, what should be the considerations before, during and subsequent to implement the case, strategies that an educator must develop the skills and skills of learners that is only the exercise of critical thinking not only inside the classroom but in practical life and thus determining the importance of implementing the case method for the educational benefits in the short and long term.
