AB  - This paper aims to provide legal arguments able to assist prosecutors
in protecting the environment. It is a brief instrument, provided,
however, by strong scientific and constitutional bases.
Certainly, it deserves notes and improvements, to be built by the
jurisprudence and doctrine. What is intended with this paper is
merely to provide a new view to the Public Ministry, from now on
enriched with clear ecological bases of minimum of ecological
existential.
