Laburpena: The urgent need to redefine the classic theoretical models obsolete and criminology, criminal and criminological-advocates of the "auxiliaridad" of science to the detriment of the noblest encourages interdisciplinary scientific-theorists today to reinvent and update the forensic knowledge to face the new challenges imposed on them nowadays. Criminalistics, today, is a science that science has full autonomy over other areas of human knowledge, which however can work harmoniously with them all for the sake of building a more just and humanistic. The fact that many of criminological knowledge can be applied to solving legal problems or criminological not mean that these are private plot of those jurisdictions. Criminological knowledge is today, a theoretical-methodological tool useful for many human activities within them, the resolution of conflicts and scientific uncertainties in general.
