Summary: The questioning and cross is one of the most important skills that must handle a good lawyer, knowing how to approach those witnesses, both their own and others, how we will use the tool of the questions, this assumes it scientifi cally. There are basic rules to be observed among them, that everyone litigant must have a theory of the case, which is the assumption that each intervening raised about how the facts and law enforcement, thereby preparing a proposal known claim, which aims to become the raw material for the decision, foundation and intellective so argued the evidence to be presented and disposed of in the debate, for carrying out the three elements that presents a model procedure for hearings: control , adversity, or give alternative view.
