form of knowledge today protected by theorders not
only national but also by rules of international law,
this is precisely the knowledgecovered in the fi gure
of the Know How, in the fi rst section deal to approach
the main elements of this form of knowledge, and
then analyze the various forms of instrumentalization
of the protection of know-how, and fi nally analyze
the protections of our laws and the main instruments
of intellectual property protection in place today
is important to note that this work is a fi rst approach
to this fi gure.
