AB  - This article is the result of the investigation done by the author in his PhD of Human Sciences, seeking to characterize the
context of non-classical rationality and its relationship to human challenges. It criticizes the traditional form of how political
science can be considered as technical, in order to advance on the complex comprehension of political science related to
the human condition, giving a new meaning of politics as antropolitic articulated to citizenship and public policies oriented
to a policy of civilization.
