However, unlike other types, the sas corporations bear particular good faith concretions that allows more effective and efficient protection of the rights of shareholders and third parties, as long as certain institutes such as fraud in law, unfair damage to others, abuse of the right and de facto management, all of which are structured upon violations of good faith, allows to process those cases of liability founded on atypical unlawful acts, to the point to dismiss for this reason the attribute of the limited liability.
