The article entitled "The Reserves to the Convention about the Elimination of All Ways of
Discrimination against Women" makes an outline about the juridical institution of the reserves,
centering its analysis in the adoption of incompatible reserves with the object and purpose for
this Convention. The theme is of great importance because it seeks for a solving mechanism
which allows that the rights that have been recognized to women in conventional texts do not
be broken by the use of reserves, thus achieving the enjoyment of equality in women's rights
before the opposite sex. |
