AB  - The weight of states� political concern regarding the 
effectiveness of human rights� protection systems can 
be observed, above all when they themselves have 
committed serious violations of such rights. This article 
aims to present a case showing this problem to promote 
reasonable consideration influencing the activity of 
those involved in such matters, either as part of such 
problem or as observers.
