Laburpena: We accept as true, like ancient Greeks philosophers, that we can understand the universe if we could perceive that everything has an opposite in the reality. On this hand, we could recognize that the conflict between liberty and order/ security is the base of the building of the law. We accept that there is an equation, on one hand, we notice: I (ego) which means the potential of the liberty, on the other hand the necessities of the order. The law is a human instrument to resolve problems effectively. When we find a logical solution, its easier that this rule continue for a long time. But there are two ways in order to get solutions making the rule on our mind (continental system) or scrutinizing the nature (common law). The father to the first system was Leibnitz, the father of the second was Newton. The continental systems trusts in the abstract rule, the common law prefer to believe in the force of the experience, case by case.
