AB  - In this article we will study the colombian preconstitutional
process in order to identify civil
and political rights, incorporated in different
Constitutional documents that were issued in
the Provinces on revolutionary period from
1810 to 1819, and their effects on society of
that time.
This is a basic and descriptive research, taking
into account the normative approach analysis
of the rules that were issued in Colombia
during the historical periods studied.
