AB  - In this article we recall and clarify some basic concepts such as access to
justice and justice administration. Based on this, outlines the basic criteria that
according to the state�s obligations arising from the constitutional mandates,
should guide the design of any public policy on these matters. Thereafter, it�s
makes an analysis of the current sectoral policy in Colombia.
