TY - JOUR T1 - El acceso a la justicia como elemento indispensable: del ejercicio de la ciudadanía femenina A1 - Ferrer Araújo, Nina PB - Universidad de Medellín YR - 2010 UL - http://biblioteca.ararteko.eus/Record/dialnet-ar-18-ART0000368130 AB - This article is the partial result of �gInformation Collection,�h which is the first stage of the research project called �gDiagnosis on Gender and Justice in Cartagena City: Conditions of access to the Jurisdictional System. 2007- 2009.�h This projects was developed after an interinstitutional agreement executed between �gLa Liga Internacional de Mujeres por la Paz y la Libertad�h (LIMPAL.COLOMBIA) and Comfenalco �gFundacion Universitaria Tecnologico�h law program, in agreement with �gUniversidad de Medellin.�h In the beginning, this article defines in general some conceptual categories of such project and it is the result of a documentary exploratory research complemented with both an analysis of sentences through jurisprudential information and a study of other researches conducted in Latina America about the same topic. The article generically tackles the access to justice as an essential element for exercising citizenship and presents the way how obstacles for women�fs access to justice become the boundaries of citizenship. In the same way, the article makes a brief overview of the Colombian Constitutional Court�fs considerations regarding women�fs civil, social, political, and collective citizenship.
