On July 30, 2009, the President of Colombia, Mister Álvaro Uribe Vélez, signed the Information
Technologies and Communications Law #1341. This Law is a big leap forward to extend and to
deepen into the public liberalization, auction and deprivation of Colombia Rights, about its own
telecasting and communication systems.
This Law fulfill and adapts the requirements of the free market and global economy, according with
the principles established by the WTO; it had arisen from General Agreement on Trade in Services
and the Free Trade Agreement , subscribed by the governments of Colombia and The United States
of America. This Article focuses on a disciplined interaction, built-in juridical sociology, political
science and qualitative methods. |
