The 21st has reinstalled former discussions around the citizens status as a result of the expansion of frontiers. This by no means should be understood as a denial of national identity. When a person becomes universal the first thing he emphasizes is his national self. The present document sustains an internal look at nationality in Colombia, overcoming the mere individual aspects in order to include a holistic vision, which contain his rights of participation in the State political instances. |
