AB  - The collision between fundamental rights and constitutional principles asks the constitutional judge an interpretation in order not to eliminate a good when applying a constitutionally protected one. Based on the interpretation of the Article two of the Constitution made by the Constitutional Court, this entity has made the principle of concrete harmonization. This principle weighs the confronted constitutional goods in a concrete case, in such a way that when applying a constitutionally protected good, this action does not involve the correlative parallel elimination of the other.
