AB  - The subject of the paper is the e-commerce and the treat-ment that the competent international organisms give to it. First of all, the electronic juridical acts are defined and in consequence the electronic commerce, its modalities, the advantages and inconveniences of this new way of making business are exposed, focusing mainly on the Internet, and finally, the projects and regulator alternatives of some international organisms are explained. A documental revision was made: bibliography, periodical publi-cations and international agreements. It is concluded that there is a valuable regulation effort regarding e-commerce, but the countries should work together internally.
