This is why this article goes through the way this legal communal regime is and has been regulated, which acts as supplementary given the fact that that there is a lack of marriage capi-tulations among spouses married within the French system.Los antecedentes legales del régimen colombiano en materia de sociedad conyugal tuvieron influencia del derecho francés, si bien nuestra normativa se alejó en cierta forma de tales parámetros en los albores del siglo XX. Sin embargo, el derecho francés ha mantenido su influencia a lo largo de los años, tanto en los demás derechos europeos como en el derecho civil de los países latinoamericanos.
