Summary: |
Starting with the establishment of people free circulation within the states conforming the European Union as esta-blished under the subscription of the Schengen Agreement, there emerged the need of defining not only aspects referring to visas, asylum and other people's circulation norms tending to avoid affecting public order, but also of creating an in-formation system allowing police authorities the exercise of control facing the commission of international crimes and the actions of delinquent nets. Nevertheless there is the cri-terion among some o0f the involved states, that such re-gulations should mainly lead to turn Europe into a space freedom, safety and justice. |
