AB  - Conciliation as an alternative mechanism in conflict solving is of vital importance when dealing with environmental issues. Even though, it has not been easy its implementation as a new method guaranteeing an ideal of the same nature. Independent of the normative framework serving as a supporting device, as well as all the aspects concerning the environmental issues. Its efficacy depends on the strengthening of collective imaginaries on the importance of this mechanism and the rights and duties involved in the protection of the environment.
