Laburpena: The incidence that the economic strategies, mainly aimed to obtain high NGP growth rate, has had on the well being of andalutian poulation is analized in this study. The work is focused on a distributive perspective. The analysis carried out, tries to establish a link between the way in which the regional growth model operates and the way in which the agents involved in the process obtain their incomes. Once this is established an attempt is made to explain what happened with the incomes of the households and the individuals in this Autonomous Andalutian Community, during the 1981-1991 decade. With this objective in mind the economic growth registered in that period is reviewed Changes that have ocurred in the functional distribution of the rent are analyzed, pointing out the most ouststanding tranformations that, from an inequality perspective, have been produced in the income distribution among individuals. Some conclusions are drawn.
